Voor de tweede maal presenteren Willemeen en Luxor Live een show van Laibach in de grote zaal van Luxor Live!

Laibachs iconische album Opus Dei, uitgebracht in 1987 op het fameuze Mute-label, zal dit jaar geremasterd verschijnen op cd en vinyl. De band promoot deze uitgave met een conceptuele Opus Dei Tour, waarin ze een aantal nummers van hun populairste album, voor het eerst in vele jaren weer live ten gehore brengen!

De Sloveense band Laibach maakt een duistere, poëtische en een bombastische mix van avant-garde, industrial, elektro, metal en neo-klassieke muziek. Met hun unieke sound vormden zij een grote inspiratiebron voor bands als Rammstein en Nine Inch Nails. Naast het materiaal van het Opus Dei, de band zal enkele belangrijke nummers uit de catalogus van vóór het Opus Dei ten gehore brengen, met een paar nieuwe verrassingen erbij. Zoals altijd bij Laibach kun je het onverwachte verwachten!

For the second time, Willemeen and Luxor Live present a show by Laibach in the main hall of Luxor Live!

Laibach's iconic album Opus Dei, released in 1987 on the famous Mute label, will be remastered on CD and vinyl this year. The band is promoting this release with a conceptual Opus Dei Tour, in which they will perform a number of songs from their most popular album live for the first time in many years!

The Slovenian band Laibach creates a dark, poetic and bombastic mix of avant-garde, industrial, electro, metal and neo-classical music. With their unique sound they were a great source of inspiration for bands such as Rammstein and Nine Inch Nails. In addition to Opus Dei material, the band will perform some key songs from the pre-Opus Dei catalogue, with a few new surprises thrown in. As always with Laibach you can expect the unexpected!
