** BLACK METAL PENTECOST ARNHEM
Op maandag tweede pinksterdag presenteren Doomsday Celebration en Willemeen een unieke black metal matinee voorstelling. Te weten de Nederlandse show van de ‘Esoteric Stygianism Tour 2024” van Black Cilice (por) en Sanguine Relic (usa). Aangevuld met het eerste optreden ooit van Zeitstorm (kaz).**

BLACK CILICE (POR)
Inmiddels heeft Black Cilice geen introductie meer nodig. Al dik vijftien jaar heeft dit altijd schaduwrijke Portugese raadsel een monolithisch oeuvre opgebouwd dat de moderne ruwe black metal is gaan definiëren. Met de laatste twee albums heeft de band een opmerkelijk breed publiek weten te bereiken, maar dat heeft niets veranderd aan obscuriteit, extremiteit en denkwijze.

**SANGUINE RELIC **(USA)
De Amerikaanse protagonist van de Raw Black Metal is zonder twijfel Sanguine Relic. Met geluidsdragers op vrijwel alle toonaangevende labels in het genre beukt deze schimmige formatie al een decennium door stoffige grafkelders om via de schoorstenen van haar crematoria de sonische waanzin in de wereld te verspreiden. Mis deze primeur niet.

ZEITSTORM (KAZ)
Een andere primeur is het eerste optreden op Nederlands grondgebied van Zeitstorm. Deze in mysteriën gehulde groep bestaat uit ervaren muzikanten. Actief en bekend in andere underground bands. Maar in deze de anonimiteit verkiezend. Onder het bleke vaandel van het enorme niets en de oneindigheid. Snelle anti-menselijke black metal uitgevoerd met veel variatie zal ons ten deel vallen.

BLACK CILICE (POR)
Black Cilice no longer needs an introduction. For over fifteen years, this always shadowy Portuguese enigma has built up a monolithic oeuvre that has come to define modern raw black metal. With the last two albums the band has managed to reach a remarkably wide audience, but that has not changed their obscurity, extremity or way of thinking.

SANGUINE RELIC (USA)
The American protagonist of Raw Black Metal is without a doubt Sanguine Relic. With sound carriers on almost all the leading labels in the genre, this shadowy formation has been pounding through dusty tombs for a decade to spread sonic madness in the world through the chimneys of its crematoria. Don't miss this scoop.

ZEITSTORM (KAZ)
Another scoop is Zeitstorm's first performance on Dutch soil. This mysterious group consists of experienced musicians. Active and known in other underground bands. But preferring anonymity in this case. Under the pale banner of vast nothingness and infinity. Fast anti-human black metal performed with a lot of variation will be our lot.
