Drowned (DE) – Sepulchral Voice Records
Even though formed back in 1992 in Berlin Germany, Drowned have been one of death metal's best secret to the majority of the scene. Being probably Germany's first death metal band, they only released two demos and one EP through the 90's but their version of death metal on those releases were so unique and powerful that put them among the most important bands of the underground. Due to constant line up changes, it was 2006 when their Viscera Terrae cassette was next released, which its 4 tracks made worth the wait. The years passed since their 1998 Aerth EP, were used for main man Tlmnn to sharpen his craft, making Viscera Terrae one of death metal's truest testimony to the gospel of this music. With Mors Dalos Ra of Necros Christos (in which Tlmnn played bass from 2005 to 2012) participating on vocals, the material was released as an official MCD the same year from Worship Him Records and twice on vinyl in 2007 and 2010 from Nuclear Winter Records.
Its 2014 though when their debut full length saw finally the light, released from Sepulchral Voice Records (Necros Christos,
Grave Miasma etc). With a new line up and yet the most powerful one, "Idola Specus" sees a band which totally leaves the music do the talking, without any gimmicks or based on "cult" references to sound relevant to today’s scene. As the album's press release mentions, "Emanating an aura of surreal morbidity with hints of doom and prog, Idola Specus is as esoteric and introspective as it is dark, heavy, and raw”.
With their recent and successful live appearances, among them Denmark's Killtown Deathfest, Norway's Beyond The Gates, Germany's Hell's Pleasure and as Primordial's guest at their Redemption festival in Ireland, their first ever tour
will be a celebration of the real death metal spirit.

Lubbert Das is a black metal band from Nijmegen, the Netherlands. They have been around since the fall of 2012, releasing their first demo “Keye” in the winter. A year later it was released on handnumbered cassette. Lubbert Das plays fierce and deteriorated music, evoking the hypnotic effect of unrelenting aggression and madness. Against theatrics – instead focussing on the essential.
